Major referee change coming to Premier League

Howard Webb, the head of Premier League referees, is reportedly exploring the possibility that match officials could be allowed to explain some of their decisions to crowds inside stadiums starting from the 2024/25 season.

Sky Sports News chief reporter Rob Dorsett said: "IFAB, who make the rules of the game, have never allowed live audio between match officials to be played to the crowd.
