'It doesn't only come down to tactics and team spirit': Tuchel addresses Aubameyang rumours

"I believe we can compete with this group, but it's one thing to compete once a week and another to compete 60 times a year and 3 times a week," Thomas Tuchel has told the media when asked about a possible Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang move.

"You need to have players who challenge for their place and for minutes. It does not come down only to tactics and team spirit," he added.

Chelsea reportedly are serious in their intentions to sign Aubameyang. However, they aren't willing to spend more than €20m on the Gabonese.

Armando Broja and Michy Batshuayi are currently the only two natural strikers on the team, the latter being out of the squad at the moment.
