Havertz: 'Tuchel was sacked out of nowhere'

"We had a relatively calm start to the season," Kai Havertz said in a fresh interview.

"Then everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. Tuchel was sacked out of nowhere. Sacking a manager you were successful with had an impact on the team."

The German was sacked in early September after a Champions League defeat to Dinamo Zagreb.

He was replaced by Graham Potter who proved to be not good enough for Chelsea and was eventually dismissed as well. Now the Blues are 12th in the Premier League, out of all cups and stand no chance of qualifying for the Champions League next season.
