Update on Dembele and Dest injuries provided by reporters

Both Ousmane Dembele and Sergino Dest trained with the rest of the Barcelona group on Monday evening.

A final decision on them will be made on the day of the game against Benfica, Diario AS say. As a reminder, the Catalans will have a light training session in the morning.

Dembele could enter the squad list but even if he does, he will not be a starter. Although he could be subbed in later in the game.

As for Dest, he has practically recovered from his lower back pain and is close to getting the medical green light.

In the presser ahead of the game, Xavi confirmed that some players could make their return depending on how they feel in the morning. However, Sergi Roberto is definitely ruled out as the club has confirmed his injury.
