Barcelona send classy message to Eintracht Frankfurt after Europa League win

They wrote the congratulatory message in German, tweeting: “Herzlichen Glückwunsch @Eintracht für den gewonnenen Europa League Titel in Sevilla.”

This basically translates to: “Congratulations  @Eintracht for winning the Europa League title in Seville.”

Frankfurt eliminated Barcelona in the Europa League quarter-finals after their fans took over the Camp Nou and helped them defeat the Blaugrana at their own home stadium.

Between 20,000 and 30,000 Frankfurt fans managed to get into the stands, buying tickets off Barca socios. The visiting crowd chanted and supported their team, shocking Blaugrana fans.
