Dean you made a very valid point!!!
Let's try and reinforce through loan deal. But we like to act like a super power and it's not part of our heritage to take players on loan. We buy expensive 😄😄
But like you have said this can be a trial which could be converted to permanent or not.

It just seems (to me at least) to be a solution that suits all parties. We get a defensive midfielder on a short term basis and the loaning club feel they get something out of it. If it turns out that they're right and that the player can't cope with the Premier League then there's no further outlay on the player.

I think in the modern era, there seems to be numerous ways of improving the squad but we always appear to be slow on the uptake. It's worth noting that the Glazers have only recently taken dividends from the club. Just at a time when a little investment could go a long way.

Top 4 is very close but not yet in the bag .We need a solid defensive holding midfielder ASAP.It is an Emergency.If we miss out on top 4 or silver ware,most of our players will leave.Nobody will renew his contract and most players will not come.We are joking with the opportunity.This should have been sorted out in the beginning of the season.This is the reason we have to be playing Mc-Fred.

Bang on again! The spectre of the Glazers will forever remain or until they choose to sell! We are supposedly the biggest club in the world but it never feels like it with our transfer strategy, even though we have spent large sums!! Their shadow unfortunately taints our doorstep!!

I've previously said a world-class CDM, but right now I honestly believe a good CDM would transform United. I can only assume talks with Zakaria's representatives has gone badly as this is as close to being a risk-free deal as you can get.

whilst in theory your idea is a good one, the reality is that both Moenchengladbach and Marseille need the players you mention because one is in a relegation battle the other challenging for Ligue 1/ CL qualification, the financial benefits of loaning the players is outweighed by staying up or CL! Added to that neither of the club's have the bloated squad we have, the bigger issue with United surely the imbalance in our squad, our recruitment has been shocking since Woodward took over from Gill!

Seville have just taken Anthony Martial on loan and Newcastle are looking to get Jesse Lingard on a similar deal. Why couldn't United try something like that with Denis Zakaria or Babacar Kamara? Both Moenchengladbach and Marseille are losing them on a free so would take a few quid in loan fees or having us pay the wages of the players. Could be a "try before you buy" kind of thing? Maybe there could be an option to buy clause in there to get a step up on the opposition. Either way, arrogantly assuming we'll be fine and that top 4 is in the bag could mean United having to look at a different class of player altogether come the Summer window...!

We all knew this, why would Ralf bring in players if he is stepping aside in 5 months time? Just get us top 4 and FA Cup

Man Utd has the worst management structure and personnel in the entire England, if not the world.
The gaffer has identified the major weakness of the team, rather than provide a temporary fix to enable us attain Top 4 or compete with the other elites of the game; they’re shelving plans till the Summer transfer window.
All these clowns at the top make me miss David Gill. 
God bless him, wherever he is.
