July 1 was the cutoff point for several players whose contracts with Man United expired.
The big name there is David de Gea. As things stand, his future is in the balance, and he might yet sign a new deal - but he's officially not a Man United player right now.
Phil Jones and Axel Tuanzebe are also free agents. Unlike De Gea, they are not coming back.
As for the incoming transfers, none has been announced yet, although Mason Mount is very close to becoming the first arrival.
