Man United players face 25% wage cut over failure to be part of Champions League

Manchester United have virtually no chance of playing in the Champions League next season.

The Red Devils have plunged to eighth place in the Premier League standings as the season from hell continues.

According to ESPN, the players will see their wages slashed by 25 percent as a result of a contractual clause.

Erik ten Hag too reportedly has a similar clause that will reduce his salary, provided he stays on as manager.

Man United still have a narrow chance of playing either in the Europa League or the Conference League next season but to do so, they must win the FA Cup.
