Achraf Hakimi has opened up on his goals in a documentary series "My Journey to Paris" on PSG's YouTube channel. The 22-year-old said: “I am honoured to have signed for Paris Saint Germain, a historic, ambitious club. I hope to do great things there and to engrave my name in the history of PSG."

The right-back proved his point shortly after, scoring a brace against Metz in the hard-fought 1-2 away win. After the final whistle, Mauricio Pochettino told the media: "The team did not give up and fought to the end. I'm proud of the character the team showed tonight."

PSG's new boy Nuno Mendes played a big role in the game covering the left flank. The Portuguese teenager told the Ligue 1 website he prefers an aggressive approach: "I'm an attacking player, a full-back who is always looking to get forward."

Manchester City are reportedly planning to sign former PSG man, Christopher Nkunku, who currently features for RB Leipzig. Nkunku left the Parisians in 2019 after he failed to become a first-team player but at Leipzig, he has blossomed so much PSG are reportedly even considering re-signing him.
