I'm not going to defend Martial, this sort of performance is certainly not a one off, however I am baffled as to how Rashford seems to have been given a free ride here, he was absolutely shocking last night attitude application and effort very poor, highlighted by an incident second half near his own penalty area where a Sheffield United player was surrounded by 3 Utd players the nearest being Rashford who inexplicably just gave up and let the player run into our area, even the commentator said 'and Rashford just gave up', absolutely shocking and the least any fan expects from the players is to try!!

I just wonder what ole sees in martial.he losses the ball too easily and can't even dribble or hold the ball.hes not a complete striker.ole you see a player not performing and you still keep playing him all in the name of boosting his confidence.is he your son or what.keep playing him until we relegate.rubbish coach that is so sentimental.rashford needs compitition.cant you see.hes also gradually becoming like martial.buy a player and start benching him.rashford has become so complacent bcos he's sure he would play every match of your foolish decision making.city was a better team and pep just showed you again that you are still a baby coach still growing up.the difference is clear.harry is a good defender and I wonder why we fans see only the negative side of him.he far makes decision and lesser mistake which is normal.

how many more time must be given to a player in order to prove himself??so we should give the whole season or what???.I can now see why morino benched players like martial and pogba.we now need consistent players performing day in day out and not experimenting all the time.ole is not fully at fault here for the match but so players and he might have told Fred to slow down a bit but Fred might have also not taking the instruction serious.sometimes football is a gamble and that was what happened yesterday.it didn't work in our favour.lastly,the only mistake from ole was always leaving martial on the field.i wonder what kind of agreement he has with martial's father.why is martial untouchable.remove him and put in igalo.igalo will make him sit up.
