Virgil van Dijk jokingly claims Liverpool won't miss Andrew Robertson in the first leg of the Champions League quarterfinal tie against Porto.
Jurgen Klopp will have a tough decision to make picking the starting XI for the Tuesday game as the Scottish left-back will miss the game due to suspension. On paper, Klopp has three options: Fabinho, James Milner and Alberto Moreno. However, the two midfielders are really important for Liverpool's build-up and the Spaniard's skill make fielding him too risky.
However, Virgil van Dijk believes everything will be fine and the Reds will find the way to deal with the problem. The Dutchman missed the first leg of the Champions League last 16 encounter with Bayern Munich but Fabinho did well to deputise at the centre-back.
"No we won't miss him at all!" van Dijk laughed when asked about Robbo's absence. 'No, we will miss Robbo. He's having an amazing season. I think he's the best left-back in the country.
"But I didn't play against Bayern and Fabinho did a great job there. Now someone needs to step up for Andy and fill his spot tomorrow. I'm very confident we will be fine."
